Las Colinas is a developed area of Irving, Texas.  The area was developed in 1972 by cattle ranching millionaire Ben H. Carpenter. Las Colinas was one of the first planned communities in the United States and was once known as the largest mixed-use development in the South. 

Today the area has major highways such as Highway 114, Interstate 635, and President George Bush Tollway intersecting through it. Las Colinas even has the light rail stops operated by Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). This prime location and upscale area in the metroplex is located within minutes from major airports like DFW Airport and Dallas Love Field. Where are you needing to go?
